Great experience purchasing a Subaru through sales representative, Austin Archibald of Proctor Subaru, no pressure or other sales tactics ..well prepared and responsive, walked through the documentation with only minor edits, had to stay over extra day due to timing of overnight check, but compensated for stay through Business Manager. On acceptance and purchase, vehicle had full tank of fuel, immaculately cleaned, all questions answered to my satisfaction. Overall, an excellent experience. Thank you very much and we will refer those wanting a Subaru to Proctor Subaru, and highly recommend contacting Austin Archibald for their purchases of new or used Subaru products.

SERVICE DEPT - the person who took my call and heard me describe my situation was kind, patient, and cared for me not as another service call but as a person. I could tell this right away. There was a sense of truly wanting to help people get back on the road, this did not seem just like a punch clock job for anyone I met. They truly went above and beyond for me and I’m so thankful.

We just got our Subaru in South Fl and had questions about the service plan but were having trouble getting a response back. Our friends had gotten their car at Proctor so figured let me call them. Able was so patient, answered all the questions we had about the plans with no hesitation no matter how many emails. We ended up getting it from him. I have never been up there but for sure would recommend them based on the help we got from Abel. Our friends who did get their car there had a great experience as well. Thanks again Abel!! The service guys are always appreciative, polite and attentive. Billy was great juggling all of the customers and myself. I stopped by to pick up an accessory that was in stock. The other staff, a service associate, missed his name, and John Hodge were engaging making the time pass quickly. All were very nice to my puppy, Fiona as well! I had some extensive repair done on my Wife's Legacy. The service was excellent as the personal there are tops. My service advisor arranged for a loaner car and set every thing up. Super nice people to deal with. Service wise. I figure if we buy another Subaru we will definitely shop Proctor.

Excellent ordering experience - Skylar Barnes is responsive and helpful. This is a nice, clean, comfortable dealership with professional employees throughout. It’s a breath of fresh air - other car brands really struggle with customer service. I love the location, too. As far as Subaru vehicles - I’ve owned one before and was pleased, so I bought another. Amazing value (features), reliability, safety, resale, functionality, capability, fuel efficiency, etc. You’ll appreciate cheap insurance due to the enhanced accident avoidance technologies. A smart, logical purchase. Subaru has an allegiant fan base for good reason.
