Our partnership with LCHS brings forth a calendar of pet adoption events, including the heartwarming Paws Fur A Cause, the cozy Home Fur the Holidays, and the vibrant "Subaru Loves Pets" Festival. These events have played a pivotal role in uniting countless pets with their forever homes. Each gathering is a delightful community affair featuring delectable food, refreshing drinks, fantastic giveaways, and engaging K9 demonstrations by the Tallahassee Police Department.
Thanks to these joyous occasions, more than 200 dogs have discovered their lifelong companions through Proctor Dealerships' support. Through a decade-long strong alliance, the Subaru Outback, generously provided by Subaru, has become an essential daily tool for LCHS. Whether rescuing puppies in Nashville, GA, or delivering pet food during the challenges of COVID-19, the Outback has been a reliable companion, making a tangible difference in the lives of animals and their owners. Since 1983, Big Bend Hospice has been offering comprehensive programs and services to individuals facing advanced illness and their families across the Big Bend region. Our commitment is to provide compassionate care and enhance the quality of life for anyone eligible for our services who chooses to receive them.
Subaru Share the Love Event
At Proctor Subaru, we wholeheartedly embrace the annual Subaru Share the Love Event. Over the past seven years, we have joined hands with this initiative and made a significant impact, contributing over $72,000 to Big Bend Hospice. This heartwarming event, hosted by Subaru of America during the holiday season, allows us to extend a helping hand to those in need.
During this event, Subaru of America generously donates $250 to their charities of choice for each customer who purchases or leases a new Subaru. Since 2016, we have proudly designated Big Bend Hospice as one of two annual "Hometown charities" for this initiative.
While Subaru of America designates ASPCA, Make-A-Wish, Meals on Wheels America, and the National Park Foundation as national charities, we offer our customers the freedom to allocate their donation to local or national causes. Going the extra mile, Proctor Subaru also donates an additional $50 per vehicle to Big Bend Hospice and Second Harvest of Big Bend throughout the Share the Love Event.
Spring Fling Event
Our commitment to Big Bend Hospice extends beyond this event. We actively participate in Big Bend Hospice's Spring Fling fundraising event, a vibrant spring garden party uniting musical artists and supporters. Over the past 11 years, this event has raised a remarkable $1.2 million for our cause.

Proctor Subaru's Commitment to Fighting Hunger in the Big Bend Community with Second Harvest Food Bank and A Full Summer, Inc.
At Proctor Subaru, we are deeply committed to making a positive impact on our local community, especially when it comes to addressing the pressing issue of food insecurity among children. For another consecutive year, we proudly support the Second Harvest Envision No Hunger Backpack Program, a vital initiative that ensures children in vulnerable areas of the Big Bend community have access to nutritious meals over the weekends. Our goal is simple yet crucial: no child should ever go hungry.

Mission & Impact: Tee Off for Tots, a 30-year endeavor, supports local children and families affected by life-threatening type 1 diabetes. Funding from this initiative aids the Tallahassee Memorial Metabolic Center in vital detection, education, and treatment programs, offering crucial support to children as young as two and their families.
Upon diagnosis, families are provided with specialized bags containing essential tools for diabetes management, thanks to community generosity and the Proctor Endowment for Children with Diabetes. To date, Tee Off for Tots has raised over $3.2 million for this cause, touching the lives of countless children.
Car Raffle: Annually, Proctor Dealerships donate a new car for the Tee Off for Tots Car Raffle, with ticket sales directly benefiting the Proctor Endowment for Children with Diabetes at the TMH Foundation.
Social Event: Join us for a family-friendly event celebrating Tee Off for Tots' success, featuring food trucks, entertainment, and the thrilling car raffle drawing.
Tee Off For Tots Golf Tournament: The annual Golf Tournament, open for registration, offers golfers a chance to win a car with a "Hole-In-One" achievement. Registration proceeds support the Proctor Endowment for Children with Diabetes, providing vital assistance to children with type I diabetes and their families. Making a Difference at Tallahassee Memorial Cancer Center
At Proctor Dealership, our commitment extends beyond selling cars; it's about making a positive impact on our community. Cancer is a battle that touches countless lives, and our employees have not been immune to its effects. Many have witnessed the exceptional care provided by the Tallahassee Memorial Cancer Center (TMH Cancer Center), where their family and friends received treatment. Inspired by the compassionate care they witnessed, our employees decided to express their gratitude in a meaningful way.
In 2012, we took a step forward by establishing the Proctor Employee Endowment at Tallahassee Memorial Cancer Center. Since then, our dedicated staff has generously contributed to support patients undergoing treatment at the Center. The funds we've raised have made a significant difference in the lives of those battling cancer.
Thanks to the kindness of our employees, we've been able to sponsor two patient dressing rooms, ensuring that patients have a comfortable and dignified space during their treatment. Additionally, these funds have been utilized to provide vital services, including transportation to and from treatment, as well as child care assistance, easing the burdens that often accompany cancer treatment.
Over the years, Proctor employees have donated more than $97,000 to this cause. We take immense pride in our ability to give back to the community that has supported us throughout the years. Together, we are making a meaningful impact on the lives of those affected by cancer, and our commitment to this cause remains unwavering.
